AgentHaus is designed to make your existing team more effective and, whenever practical, work with the software and systems you already use.

We focus first on improving the process, connecting systems that are not communicating, and reducing repetitive work.

If an existing tool is genuinely creating unnecessary friction, we may recommend a different approach, but replacing your staff or software is not where we start.

Once the Discovery Call is complete and a new client has been onboarded, we begin by creating the architecture for the project.

Our target is to have an initial architecture plan ready for review within two business days. Once that direction is approved, we typically aim to have a working demo available within another two business days.

Most initial projects are targeted for completion within approximately two weeks.

The final timeline depends on the complexity of the workflow, required integrations, design work, client feedback, testing, and any changes made to the architecture during development.

In most cases, yes. Automations and AI workflows require infrastructure to remain online, which may include hosting, model usage, third-party services, databases, or software integrations.

AgentHaus designs each system with ongoing operating cost in mind.

When AI is required, we select the model based on the task, balancing intelligence, reliability, speed, privacy requirements, and operating cost. That may mean using an open-source model to reduce ongoing costs or a frontier model when the additional capability justifies the per-token expense.

Expected monthly operating costs are discussed with the client before the workflow goes live.

Yes. AgentHaus continues to support clients after launch and is available by email when assistance is needed.

We can also provide an AI-powered support assistant for deployed systems. With the appropriate permissions and client-approved access, it can help identify issues, diagnose what may be causing them, and assist with or implement approved fixes.

The goal is to make sure the system continues to perform as the business uses it rather than treating launch as the end of the project.

Yes. A workflow will often evolve once your team begins using it in the real world.

AgentHaus offers clients the ability to make reasonable refinements after launch so the workflow can continue to match how the business actually operates.

Depending on the project and support arrangement, clients can have a post-launch refinement period of three to six months for minor workflow changes, adjustments, and improvements.

Larger changes, new integrations, or significant additions to the original scope may require a separate project.

The architecture depends on the needs of the business and the workflow being built.

AgentHaus limits systems and AI tools to the information and access they need to perform the approved workflow. Where appropriate, solutions can also be designed around client-controlled infrastructure, private data sources, and open-source models.

Data access, integrations, permissions, and infrastructure are reviewed with the client as part of the project architecture before deployment.

Yes. Hauslight can answer phone calls by voice and respond to questions visitors type on your website.

It answers from your approved services, policies, website content, and business information. When an inquiry is qualified, Hauslight can route it to the appropriate inbox, CRM, or employee.

The goal is to give customers useful information immediately while making sure the right conversations still reach your team.

Hauslight can also be deployed through additional chat or messaging experiences, giving customers access to business information when they are on the go.

Yes. AgentHaus builds websites for a wide range of businesses, from ecommerce stores to service-based companies.

We focus on modern design, clear information architecture, mobile usability, and the systems behind the website that help the business operate.

Hauslight is optional, although we often recommend integrating it when an AI assistant would improve how customers find information, ask questions, or contact the business.

Yes. Every AgentHaus website is built with foundational SEO in place, including site structure, metadata, page hierarchy, indexing considerations, performance, and content organization.

We do not currently offer standalone SEO services for websites we did not build.

Yes. You do not need a new website to use Hauslight.

Hauslight can be integrated into an existing website and customized around your business, services, brand, policies, and customer questions.

If you are building a new website with AgentHaus, Hauslight can also be designed into the experience from the beginning rather than added afterward.

Yes. AgentHaus built Jarvis specifically for hospitality wine programs.

Guests scan a QR code and speak or type naturally about what they are looking for, including a dish, wine style, price point, or preference. Jarvis recommends wines from the property's actual wine list and can pair recommendations with the dishes available at that specific outlet.

The beverage team controls the wine program, recommendation style, pricing logic, featured wines, menus, and guest experience.

Beverage Intelligence also shows what guests are searching for, selecting, and looking for that may not currently be on the list.

OnApproach is designed for delivery operations. It keeps customer-specific delivery instructions, SOPs, route information, and driver guidance together so drivers have the information they need at each stop.

Yes. AgentHaus works with businesses across the United States.

Most projects can be handled remotely. When an on-site understanding of the operation is useful, AgentHaus can also arrange to work with the client on location.

There is no standard price because the amount of work depends on the workflow, systems involved, integrations, and complexity.

If there is a clear opportunity, a paid Workflow Audit maps the process, identifies where time is being lost, estimates the operational impact, and defines the scope and pricing for the work required to improve or automate it.
